Welcome to Klawed. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Handmade Items

All Klawed press-on nails are handmade. Because each set is created by hand, slight variations in color, shape, design placement, texture, and finish may occur.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products in photos; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography.

2. Custom Orders

For custom and recreation sets, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including sizing, nail shape, length, colors, and customization requests.

Recreation sets are created as our interpretation of an existing nail design and may not be an exact replica. Designs that are not originally created by Klawed are recreated for inspiration purposes.

3. Nail Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail sizes. We strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering a full set.

If you choose to use the coin-sizing method, you are responsible for following the instructions correctly and providing clear, accurate photos.

Klawed is not responsible for incorrectly sized nails resulting from inaccurate measurements, unclear photos, or incorrect sizing information provided by the customer.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5. Processing & Shipping

Please allow the processing time stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Processing time refers to the time needed to create and prepare your order and does not include shipping time.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and are outside of Klawed’s control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or Klawed sends the wrong item.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for additional information regarding damaged or incorrect orders.

7. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Klawed is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address because of information provided incorrectly by the customer.

8. Customer-Provided Information

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, contact information, shipping address, sizing information, and any customization details.

Klawed is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, logos, graphics, product names, descriptions, designs, and other original content created by Klawed, belongs to Klawed and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Design Requests

Klawed reserves the right to decline a design, customization, color change, or special request if we determine that it cannot reasonably be completed or does not fit within our available services.

If a request cannot be completed, we may contact the customer to discuss available options.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the website.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without permission.
