Processing Time

All orders require 7–10 business days to process before they are shipped.

Processing time is the time needed to create, inspect, package, and prepare your order. Processing time does not include shipping time.

During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. Any updates regarding extended processing times will be posted on the website.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

After your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of Klawed’s control.

Please allow additional time for weekends, holidays, weather delays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your address before placing your order. Klawed is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Klawed is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package appears to be missing, please first check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, and the shipping carrier.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Klawed because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges associated with receiving the package.

Klawed is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.

Important

Please do not place an order if you need your nails by a specific date without allowing enough time for the 7–10 business day processing period plus shipping time.
