At Klawed, every press-on nail set is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because our nails are custom-made and prepared specifically for each order, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your order details, including your nail shape, length, sizing, design, and any customization requests before submitting your order.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail sizes. Klawed is not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer. We strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering your full set.
If you choose to use our coin-sizing method instead, please follow the instructions carefully and provide clear, accurate photos. Klawed is not responsible for sizing errors resulting from incorrect measurements, unclear photos, or incorrect application of the sizing method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong set, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the contact information provided on our website.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- Photos showing the damage or issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review the issue and, if the error was made by Klawed, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Klawed is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Handmade Products
Our press-on nails are handmade, so slight differences in color, placement, shape, texture, or design may occur. Your set may not be 100% identical to a photo or reference image. These small variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order, but changes are not guaranteed once your order has entered production.
